Police Scotland have failed to solve a single crime in the Scottish Parliament for the second time in as many years. 

A recent report has shown that there has been a small decline in the cost of rural crime. However, some experts have stated that a decrease in cost may not reflect a drop in crime.

Police in County Durham  are currently searching for a man who left a fairytale calling card  on Sunday night after attempting to steal cider from a local shop.

The number of crimes committed in Scotland has fallen by 22% since 2008-09, according to the latest Scottish Government figures.
